Town of Shenandoah, VA Memorial Festival
Greetings from Shenandoah, Virginia!
Attached are two event flyers that may be of interest if anyone from the USS Shenandoah would be in Virginia on May 28-29 or June 5th. The Town of Shenandoah is having its 24th annual Memorial Festival on Friday, May 28th and Saturday, May 29th. On Saturday, we hold an amazing ceremony at the VFW and we honor fallen soldiers from Virginia. On Saturday, June 5th the Shenandoah Speedway is having it’s Veterans Classic stock car races. Veterans/Active Military and First Responders get in free.
We would love to have anyone from the USS Shenandoah visit!
